Compost Toilets

We’ve been building composting toilets since before most people knew what they were. The first ones were simple — solid wood boxes, a urine separator, some ventilation. Over the years the designs have grown to include everything from basic single units to large disabled-access toilet blocks for public sites.

Every toilet we build is waterless, requires no mains connection, and is made from solid timber in our workshop in Mid Wales. They go into allotments, churchyards, canal boats, off-grid cabins, campsites, nature reserves and festival sites. Anywhere you need a loo and don’t want to dig a trench.
