Hand-carved from solid oak in the Free Range workshop in North Wales, the Trippy Mushroom Fairy Fantasy Bed is a fully immersive piece — every surface alive with carved mushrooms, sun and moon phases, stars, and the kind of swirling organic patterns that feel lifted straight from the forest floor at midnight.
This is a bed for people who believe a bedroom should feel like somewhere. The headboard carries a scene that belongs to no single mythology and every mythology at once — toadstools and celestial cycles, the sun balanced against the moon, figures of light and dark woven into the grain of solid Welsh oak. Nothing about this piece is subtle, and that's precisely the point. It is hand-carved by a maker who genuinely loves this kind of work, and the level of detail only becomes clearer the longer you look.

Your Version
The carving on this bed is entirely open to interpretation. We've built versions with different mushroom varieties, additional characters hidden in the scene, phases of the moon running across the footboard, and personal symbols worked into the design. Typical lead time is 4–5 weeks, with flexibility for deadlines.
