Shipping Policy For Furniture
At Free Range Designs we take pride in delivering our unique creations with care
and efficiency. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping within the UK
All prices listed on our website for mainland UK customers include shipping. There are no additional shipping charges for deliveries within the United Kingdom. The price you see is the price you pay!
For furniture and composting toilets, we are partnered with a pallet courier service - Station Couriers - who will deliver your items on a pallet anywhere in the country.
Our smaller, non-palletised, items are delivered either with Royal Mail or UPS.
Shipping to Europe
We use our same UK partnered pallet courier to deliver to Europe, and have successfully delivered many shipments to France, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. For customers outside the UK, shipping costs will be an additional fee. Please Contact Us with your delivery address and we can quickly get you a quote.
Shipping outside of Europe
We have made storytelling chairs and beds for customers as far afield as the USA. We can deliver our furniture on a pallet to any UK port, and the customer is then responsible for organising the onward shipping overseas. We can share the details of shippers that previous customers have used successfully, and will happily ask them for a quote on your behalf. Please Contact Us with your delivery address.
