A hand-drawn, hand-carved oak memorial plaque with a flowing script title, birds in flight, oak leaves and rolling hills, and room underneath for a favourite quote and a name: simple, timeless and easy to read from across a playground or garden.
The design comes from our Helping Hands Buddy Bench, which we made for a school's Helping Hands group, started by a pupil so that no child would feel alone. The same style works beautifully for remembering a teacher, a volunteer, a friend or a family member.
It suits schools, community gardens, churches and parks as much as a garden at home, and it can be fixed to a bench that is already there.
Every plaque is drawn by hand for you, then carved and finished by hand in solid oak in our Mid Wales workshop and sealed for life outdoors.
The photo shows a design visualisation of this plaque. Every plaque is made to order with your own wording, and we send you a drawing to approve before we carve.
