Arrived, and up.

Arrived, and up. ☀️

Dan sent us this the day his Sunshine Bed arrived — under the beams of a very old house, which is exactly where it belongs. The headboard is a sunrise laid up from seven different woods; the footboard is carved from a single sweep of ash with a run of turned "pebbles" set into the curve. The posts are whole trunks.

"Over the moon," he said. The bed arrives in pieces and goes together in an afternoon, so it'll get up a cottage staircase.
