Cedar and Douglas Fir are chosen for outdoor furniture because they handle the elements with particular grace: naturally resistant to moisture, lightweight for their strength, and possessed of a warmth that deepens rather than fades over years in the garden. The oak version brings harder, denser grain and the quiet authority of a piece that means business. Both are hand-carved in our Mid Wales workshop — the carving details, dimensions and any personalisation worked out with you before we begin.
Finished with a quality exterior oil to protect and enhance the natural grain, the bench seats two adults comfortably at 140cm wide. Also available in bespoke dimensions on request. Prices include VAT.
