A compact square table for four — reclaimed Welsh slate on solid oak legs, with matching benches that slot in on each side. The square format is the right choice for a terrace or patio where a long rectangular table would feel oversized: everyone faces each other, the table fits neatly against a wall or in a corner, and nothing gets wasted.
The slate top is linseed-oiled for stain resistance and comes up beautifully clean with a damp wipe. The oak legs are joined with mortise and tenon joinery and wooden dowels and finished with eco-friendly organic Danish oil. It’s the same construction and materials as our larger dining tables, just in a format sized for everyday garden use. A parasol hole can be added on request.
