When My Little Stars Nursery in Coventry decided to create a fairy garden for their children, they stumbled across one of our wooden arches on Pinterest. The moment they saw it, they knew it would be the perfect way to bring their idea to life.
Soon after, we received this lovely email from the nursery’s principal, Manjit Nijjer:
“Hi,
We are trying to create a fairy garden for our nursery children and your entrance arch is beautiful.
How do we order it? We are in England, West Midlands.
Fingers crossed we can get it as we love it.”
That message sparked the beginning of something special.
✨ Designing a Magical Entrance
The nursery wanted an arch that would become the heart of their outdoor fairy-themed garden, bringing the whole area together and giving the children a sense of stepping into a story.
We designed an arch that spans three metres wide, complete with a gate and side panels, all carved from durable hardwoods. The idea was to make it bright, imaginative, and filled with details children could discover — stars, flowers, an owl, a fox, ladybirds, and birds nestled throughout the design.
Every element was carved and painted by hand in our Welsh workshop, blending vibrant colours with the natural beauty of the wood.
🌈 Installation Day
Yesterday, we travelled to Coventry to install the finished arch. Watching the teachers and children’s reactions made the whole project worthwhile — their new fairy garden now has a joyful entrance that celebrates nature, play, and imagination.
The arch now stands proudly at My Little Stars Nursery, a handmade symbol of creativity and collaboration — a reminder of how ideas shared online can grow into something truly real.
