available
One standard cubicle, one fully wheelchair-accessible cubicle, in a single handcrafted building. The Twin Composting Toilet with Disabled Access is our most popular accessible toilet block for campsites, community gardens, allotment sites, nature reserves, and outdoor venues that need to serve all visitors — without connecting to mains water or drainage.
Handmade in Wales by our team, built to statutory disabled access dimensions, and designed around 25 years of practical experience. Every grab rail, every ramp gradient, every internal layout decision has been made by people who have installed these in real sites and know what actually works. An optional covered handwashing area can be added between the two cubicles.
Grant Funding
This is one of our most grant-funded products. Customers have successfully secured funding through the National Lottery Community Fund, Groundwork UK, Rural England Prosperity Fund, Sport England, local authority accessibility grants, and various charitable foundations. We can provide supporting documentation and site-specific specifications to support your application — contact us to discuss.
Key Features
- One disabled access cubicle + one standard cubicle — serves all users from a single compact building with shared landing platform and ramp.
- Built to statutory dimensions — wheelchair-accessible door width, turning radius, grab rails and ramp gradient all meet current requirements.
- Genuinely odour-free — urine separators in both cubicles divert liquid from solids, eliminating smell and producing usable liquid fertiliser.
- Wheelie bin composting system — easy, hygienic emptying without specialist equipment.
- No water or electricity required — fully off-grid. No mains connection, no drainage infrastructure needed.
- Handmade in Wales — locally sourced timber, built and delivered by our team.
Optional Extras
- Covered handwashing area between the two cubicles
- Wall-mounted waterless urinal
- Solar lighting
- Hand sanitiser dispenser
- Soakaway system for urine
Who It's For
This accessible composting toilet block is installed at campsites, allotment associations, nature reserves, visitor attractions, outdoor education centres, community land trusts, churches, and rural venues across the UK. If you're applying for grant funding to make your site more accessible and sustainable, contact us — we'll work with you from quote through to installation.
Delivery
Due to its size, delivery of this building is not included in the product price. Delivery costs vary depending on your location and installation site — please get in touch for a quote.
In most cases we carry out the installation as well as the delivery, travelling to site to build and install the structure for you. If you have sufficient manpower within your own team to handle installation, that's also an option. Either way, we're happy to discuss what works best for your project — just drop us a message.
