Made in solid Larch or Douglas Fir — both naturally weather-resistant timbers with warm, characterful grain — each stool is shaped by hand so no two are quite the same. The cap is carved with a gentle dome and the stem tapers naturally; the whole thing has the feel of something that grew where you put it.
Built with solid hand-built joinery and finished with Epifanes matt varnish — three coats — for outdoor durability that lasts. Mushroom stools can be made taller or shorter, with a painted cap (red with white spots is popular), or scaled up for a centrepiece feature. Many schools order a set of four to six — we're happy to quote for multiples. Let us know your ground surface and we can advise on fixing options if needed.
